Ingredients
- 1 cup maida (plain flour)
- 1 dst. spoon ghee
- yoghurt (dahi), to bind
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- oil to fry
Directions
- Make sugar syrup, of sugar and water
- Separately, mix maida and ghee with fingers
- Add yoghurt (dahi), as much needed to make a soft dough
- Make small round balls,of 1 inch diameter
- Fry in heated oil, on slow fire, remove
- Mix in hot sugar syrup, keep stirring until cold, so it should not stick to one another.
- Enjoy. They are also known as Vow
